Rattle Bomb Flakes are suspended in clear flake carrier. Flake must be applied over a base of your choice. Just like painting out of a gun, its the same procedure and product just a different application tool. For maximum coverage, please match the base to the flake color. Don't be afraid to mix things up! Blue Base, Silver Flake, and Yellow Kandy makes for a bitchin' Green!
